Good Hands Repair Network
Allstate works directly with Good Hands Repair Network vendors during repairs. Policyholders are free to work with the contractor of their choice. [source]
Network membership is Allstate's decision, not ours. Our estimates and supplements are prepared for any contractor on the claim, in or out of the network.
Additional damage and supplements
After a claim is filed, the policyholder or their contractor can submit the contractor's quote for the adjuster to review; the adjuster prepares a separate estimate and compares the two. Contractors are asked to send any extra information needed and attend inspections. [source]
