- Job subtotal is your own estimate of the job size when you order. If our review shows the job belongs in a different band, we'll ask you to approve any price difference before work starts; if the price goes down we refund the difference.
- $30,000+ jobs are quoted individually and billed by invoice once you accept the quote.
- First estimate free: one per business, for jobs under $20,000. No payment step.
- Refunds: full refund any time before we send your job to the estimating team. After delivery, contact us.
Adjuster negotiation add-on
$75 per claim, added to an estimate order. Requires the adjuster's name and contact details at order time.

Plans are billed monthly to a card on file. Unused estimates do not roll over. Plans are not open for sign-up yet — per-estimate ordering is available now.
